Coach K Tom IzzoSee ya later Indiana. Like I said yesterday, I liked Syracuse in this game. Went 2 for 3 yesterday, nailing the Indiana and Arizona losses, while missing the Miami loss.

We’ve got some more action in a couple of hours. Lets cut the bull and get right to the point:

Oregon vs. Louisville (-10.5): I don’t know if you’ve seen what I’ve been seeing this year with Oregon, but the Ducks seem to be playing with a chip on their shoulder. Louisville is playing well but I see this coming down to the last few possessions. Louisville will win the game but the Ducks will stay in the game. Quack quack quack, Ducks fly together! Take Oregon getting 10.5 points.

Michigan vs. Kansas (-2): I think this is another coin flip of a game that either team can come out and win, so I’m going to go with the team getting points here. Take Michigan at 2 points.

Michigan State vs. Duke (-2): Gut says Duke here. Michigan State has screwed me out of winning brackets the last few years. This is a battle of two of the best coaches in all of college basketball. Even though it may be predominately Spartan fans at Lucas Oil Stadium due to the proximity to Michigan, everyone hates the Blue Devils which for some reason seem to always pull off big wins. Honestly, I’m just looking forward to this game more than anything. In terms of talent, coaching, and the magnitude of this game, this could be the best matchup we see in the tournament. Cautiously take Duke covering the 2 points.

Florida Gulf Coast vs. Florida (-13.5): It’s a big line here. Florida Gulf Coast has already made it much further than anyone predicted. The pep rally they held was essentially a championship party. FGCU fans have been pointing their finger at the Gators all week and Florida will shut them up. Florida is the premier basketball school in the state and they want the spotlight back. Georgetown and San Diego State didn’t know what hit them due to sheer surprise. The Gators have had time and film to study the Eagles and will fire on all cylinders for 40 minutes. Bet Florida here, root for Florida Gulf Coast.

It may be Friday, but wherever you end up tonight, you’ll probably want to go somewhere with plently of tvs. Should be a bunch of good games.
