The News Herald – A student who allegedly hacked into the wireless Internet network at Florida State University Panama City and redirected users to a porn site is facing felony charges.
Benjamin Blouin, 26, admitted to hacking the college’s network because he wanted to illustrate the security flaws in the system, according to an arrest affidavit filed by campus police charging him with offenses against computer users, a third-degree felony.
I think a slow clap is in order for Benjamin Blouin here. Some people hack their school’s network to access girls pictures and propel that idea into a multi-billion dollar company and others hack their school’s network to display a spinning dick on an endless loop.
I legitimately don’t understand why guys like him get in trouble for something like this. Yeah…using meatspin as your choice of website probably wasn’t the best idea but you solved a problem and brought light to their flaws. What’s the big deal? And c’mon now…act like you haven’t been a victim of some sort of meatspin trap. We’ve all been there before. And look at the bright side: a rotating dick practically fixed your flaws. Hilarious and practical. Win-win (well more like win if you’re into that sort of thing-win).
