Safe to say everyone reading this has either been in an elevator or a waiting room at some point in their lives.  Do you ever wonder about the music playing?  It’s normally cool, mellow, and instrumental all while relaxing you.  Do you ever think of who the composer and or performer is on those tracks?  It is harder to find out because you can’t just Google song lyrics…there are only notes.

I came across Bob Reynolds’ music the other day and truly thought it was great.  I was somewhat familiar with him becuase he worked with John Mayer on tour a few summers ago.  I decided to research more into him and found some truly great stuff.

Bob Reynolds is a melody architect that plays the saxophone.  He has worked with John Mayer in venues big and far across the nation but he still finds time to play some New York City Jazz clubs with his band.  Truly great stuff to listen to when you want to mellow out and just think.  But hey, thats just my opinion.

Check out this preview from Bob Reynolds’ new album featuring John Mayer.
